1) never eat more than your set calories a day. keep your portion sizes small so your tummy shrinks and gets used to tiny meals
2) fast at least one day a week to cleanse your body and get rid of everything icky you ingested
3) exercise every day. even if it’s just half an hour of yoga. get some activity in, skinny girls aren’t lazy
4) don’t binge, a princess would never be interested in such things
5) drink at least 2L of water every day. your skin will thank you and so will your body
6) take all your vitamins and moisturize your skin and hair!!!! you will look good and feel good and to everyone else it will appear effortless
7) don’t smoke. i know it curbs your appetite but dainty little faeries don’t taint their bodies with harmful toxins and smokers don’t smell like perfume and clouds
8) no meat or dairy!!! little ones eat fruits and veggies and are happiest when eating clean and natural. almond milk can be your friend
9) keep your room and bathroom tidy!! organizing your life organizes your mind. you are capable of keeping yourself and your space in check
10) wake up early. find a tea you love, brew yourself a cup and think about why you want this, about why you deserve this. do some squats while your water is boiling.
11) take some time each week to appreciate your progress. don’t be too hard on yourself, celebrate your determination
you will be skinny, i promise

literally the worst thing in the world is talking to middle aged people about depression bc they’re guaranteed to recommend some stupid shit like yoga or ‘choosing to be happy’ or drinking green tea and it just gives me a fuckin headache. like sandra listen to me it’s a chemical imbalance buddy!!! if some external force could make it go away i wouldn’t be sitting here wanting 2 die would i
Drink your cold peppermint and green tea.
Breath the air.
Do some yoga and stretches and maybe even some dancing.
Pinch your fatness and will it away with the strength I know you have.
Don’t binge.
I wanna be fit and eat 1500 calories of delicious food and work out and do yoga and be happy
I also wanna be sick and fast for a week and sleep to avoid eating and be alone
Grab a cheap 5 pound bag of kitty litter (or anythings that add up to 5 pounds) and throw it in a backpack. Strap that sucker on and clean the kitchen, do the laundry, go for a walk, whatever you want!
When you’re done, take that sucker off and instantly feel how heavy it was. It made you work a little bit harder. It feels good to take off the backpack.
That’s how your joints, heart and lungs feel for every ounce of extra weight you take off of your body. Your body will never ever be upset when you take care of it well. It’s the brain that gets caught up in time line goals and numbers and scales. Remind your brain how heavy 5 pounds is, and how amazing you are for taking care of yourself.
I didn’t lose 194 pounds. I lost 1 pound 194 times.
“I lost 1 pound 194 times” I needed to read such thing.

this
I need to stay strong for 3 days…
Because if I can do 3 days, I can do 1 week
If I can do a week, I can do 2
However, if I can do 2 weeks, I can do an entire month
So if I can do an entire month, I can do 3
And if I can do 3, I can do half a year
If I can do half a year, I can do it for 1 year
And if I can do it for 1 year, I can do it for a lifetime.
It just takes 3 days. 3 days to overcome your cravings, the fatigue the sadness.
It takes 21 days to change a habit.
